However, due to the handcrafted nature of our process, human errors sometimes happen.
If Peartree is responsible for a misspelling or date error on an impression, we will make the correction then re-fire the impression at our cost.
We keep meticulous customer records. If an error occurs from incorrect information given, we will gladly make the correction. However, a charge will be applied for the re-firing of the impression.
If a customer is unsatisfied with their personalized impression, we are happy to work with them to address their concerns and achieve a suitable solution or understanding.
When you make a purchase with Peartree, we require some basic personal information as part of the buying and selling process – name, address, phone number and email address. We respect your privacy. This information will never be shared or sold by us. We will only disclose personal information if required to do so by law.
